Each home is designed for your block and is never repeated: a rarity in today’s mass produced housing market.

We encourage the use of natural, renewable products and do not import products from environmentally sensitive areas or areas where native species are under threat. An example of this is timber from Indonesia which is being illegally logged and destroying the habitat of endangered Orangutans.

We use Australian made and owned products and services wherever possible and employ local tradespeople to work on local jobs.

We determine the best building products for your site, your lifestyle and your budget, and design a home to meet your criteria.  We build in timber or steel: it’s your choice.

As accredited Greensmart Professionals, we do not promote air conditioning, preferring to position your home on your block to maximise its natural attributes to heat and cool.  By positioning your home to harness the cooling summer breezes with flow through ventilation, or capturing the warming winter sun, you can really improve the performance of your home, enhance your lifestyle and reduce your environmental impacts and energy consumption. To do this we employ a variety of methods such as breezeways, voids, louvres and fans to promote airflow.

All of our homes have dual flush toilets and water tanks installed to save our precious water supplies. Solar hot water is standard and we retain all trees on site wherever possible.
