Specialising in sloping sites and lightweight materials, each home is designed specifically for your block. As a result our designs are never repeated, ensuring your home is truly unique – a rarity in today’s’ mass-produced housing market.

We encourage the use of natural, renewable products and do not use materials imported from environmentally sensitive areas or areas where native wildlife is under threat. We use Australian made and owned products and services wherever possible.

As accredited Greensmart Professionals, we do not promote air conditioning, preferring to position your home on your block to maximise its natural attributes to heat and cool.  By positioning your home to harness the cooling summer breezes with flow through ventilation, or capturing the warming winter sun, you can really improve the performance of your home, enhance your lifestyle and reduce your environmental impacts and energy consumption. To do this we employ a variety of methods such as breezeways, voids, louvres and fans to promote airflow.

To complement this we guide our clients through the selection, care and maintenance of sustainable materials and appliances such as water saving devices, solar heating and energy efficient lighting and appliances.All of our homes have dual flush toilets and water tanks installed to save our precious water supplies. Solar hot water is standard and we retain all trees on site wherever possible.

We determine the best building products for your site, your lifestyle and your budget, and design a home to meet your criteria.
